Description:
Humidity and temperature sensors are Arduino-compatible sensor boards with Sensirions SHT21 digital humidity and temperature sensors. It has a 4-pin interface that allows direct communication with the analog pins on the Arduino.
The SHT21 utilizes a capacitive sensor element to measure humidity while the temperature is measured by the bandgap sensor. Both sensors are seamlessly coupled to a 14-bit ADC and transmit digital data to the Arduino via the I2C protocol. Due to its small size and low power consumption, the sensor is suitable for almost any application.
